I found John’s Personal training second to none, he worked with me to set and achieve my goal I desire to continue with my life journey, he inspired me to work at my goals in a realistic way even during a period of physical illness
He refocused me when I went off track and also challenged my self-limited beliefs regarding food of which I have many from my past. He was empathetic but still managed to help me have the vision I need to achieve the life I want

I met John when I needed help with a few areas of my life I was stressed and anxious a lot of the time. John’s Training and coaching helped me look at the areas of my life with a different perspective. I was in the same job for 15 years and wasn’t sure what I wanted to do but with John’s help I started exploring what options are available. I am now doing voluntary work to gain experience in the areas that I want to develop in, I have also started healthy eating which I would not have done without John’s help
