With over 20 years’ experience I have learned that an individuals’ eating habits are far more complicated than simply going on a diet! Realising that eating habits can stem from so many different areas of life prompted me to become more interested in the psychological side of eating. Alongside my career as a personal trainer, I became a clinical hypnotherapist and health/Life coach. For many years, I have been helping people to achieve a healthy body and healthy mind.
